This course has been designed for D.G.L.G who commissioned Ann Emslie with initial funding by Derbyshire community foundation.

Critically reflect on different approaches to key problems in the community training situations.
Design a training event that gives the participants some understanding of the impact that racism and intolerance can have upon the traditional lifestyle of the community.
Engage with formal agencies in a positive and coherent way.
