Community Development Work (care program) Community Development Work (care program)DGLG has been funded very kindly by Derbyshire Primary Care Trust to help bring about changes in the attitude to Delivering Race Equality Under the Mental Health Framework.Training pack for health agency workers and a health and well being pack have been produced. We will be working with other CDWs across the region of the East Midlands.
